Information Management supports the creation and deletion of FrontPage webs and management of the web server itself. Can I have multiple webs on the Intrasun server?
Yes, typically your first web will reflect your Unix/e-mail login in the web name while your second would be a variations of it. It is suggested that if you want a web for a special project, you get an additional Unix/e-mail account for it and use that for your web site name. Intrasun website names are in the format of sitename.intrasun.tcnj.edu, where you can choose what you want "sitename" to be.

How do the Permissions... under the Tools menu in the FrontPage 98 Explorer work?
You can use the FrontPage Explorer to grant Administrator, Author and Browse permissions to your web site. The Users tab allows you to add accounts to your web site and choose what they can do. You may want to create individual "student" accounts or a single "class" account so that only your students can access your web site (browse only access). Or, you may want to allow a colleague to work on your web site too (author access).
It should be noted that the accounts you create here are separate and distinct from Unix/e-mail accounts. They do not need to match, although it is recommended so that the user doesn't need to remember another account name. Since they are stored in a file separate from the Unix account file, the passwords are maintained separately as well.
